David joins his siblings Ray Khirallah and Rachel Khirallah, along with attorney Geoff Keller, while expanding the firm’s reach into San Antonio and South Texas. His addition strengthens the Dallas-based firm’s bench and brings a valuable perspective shaped by years of experience defending insurers and corporate defendants in high-stakes injury litigation.

From Defense toAdvocacy

Before joining Khirallah Trial Attorneys, David spent nearly a decade as a partner at a large defense firm, where he represented insurance companies in high-stakes litigation. He opened and built the firm’s San Antonio office and led cases involving trucking accidents, oilfield incidents, construction injuries, and premises liability claims.

“That work gave me unique insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims—knowledge I now use to level the playing field for my clients,” David said.
