“I believe our highest purpose is helping others. That is the heart and soul of everything we do here.”
Be of service to others.
Those simple words shared by a mentor have driven my legal career, and life, for over 20 years.
Being of service to others meant dedicating over a decade standing up for victims of horrific crimes with great success as a prosecutor in the Dallas District Attorney’s Office. Passionately fighting for families of murder victims, child victims of sexual predators, battered spouses in cycles of abuse; but my highest career achievements aren’t found in the courtroom dramatics and trial victories, but rather in the quiet shared moments of rebuilding when victims begin to take back their strength.
Being of service to others is what also drove me to commission as a Judge Advocate in the US Army Reserve and Texas Army National Guard. I felt the need to help those, and their families, who swore an oath to protect us all. I spent those years of service dedicated to providing thoughtful counsel to highly decorated Leaders down to the brand-new Service Member in my chain of command.
I continue that calling through judicial service as an appointed Magistrate Judge for Dallas County, where I preside over matters and make critical determinations that impact both individual liberty and community safety. The role demands fairness, discipline, and respect for the rule of law – principles that guide every aspect of our practice.
Being of service is what brought me to Khirallah Trial Attorneys. The chance to right wrongs for those whose lives have been shattered due to the negligence of others. Together, we at Khirallah Trial Attorneys are helping our fellow man and achieving our highest purpose.
