“Behind every case is a person with a story that deserves to be heard. That’s what keeps me fighting – making sure those stories don’t get lost.”
I grew up in Dallas but moved to San Antonio where I opened and help grow the San Antonio Office of a national insurance defense firm. Before joining Khirallah Trial Attorneys, I spent nearly a decade defending corporations in high-stakes wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. That work gave me unique insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims—knowledge I use to level the playing field for my clients.
My approach to trial work is simple: preparation, honesty, and relentless advocacy. I know my clients and their families are often going through the most difficult times of their lives, and I pride myself on guiding them through the process with compassion and determination.
Beyond the courtroom, I am deeply involved in my community. My wife and three sons are active members of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church where I serve on the CYO Board that supports youth programs and athletics. My commitment to service reflects the same values that drive my work as a lawyer—standing up for others when they need it most.
What drives me is working for people who feel like the system isn’t built for them. Going up against a large corporation or insurance company can feel overwhelming. I use the insight I gained from years of defending those corporations to rebalance the scales. My role is to make sure my clients are heard, that their stories matter, and that they receive a fair shot.
At the heart of it, what energizes me is helping people realize they are not powerless. With the right advocate by their side, we can challenge even the most powerful opponents and achieve real justice.
